I. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and The Nurture Mama is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contac@thenurturemama.com before your order ships. We’ll make every effort to process your request and issue a full refund.

If your order has already shipped, please reach out to us as soon as possible—we’ll guide you through the return and refund process.

II. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your WarmFlow Pump. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 🤍

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at contact@thenurturemama.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Items must be in new condition.

  • All included accessories and free gifts must be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used breastfeeding accessories — including flanges, valves, and milk storage bags — cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at contac@thenurturemama.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on available stock.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

III. Warranty Policy

Every WarmFlow Pump is designed to support you throughout your breastfeeding journey. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making sure your experience with WarmFlow is a positive one. 🤍

12-Month Limited Warranty

Your WarmFlow Pump is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal use.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing faults including:

  • Motor or suction failure under normal use

  • Faulty charging or battery issues

  • UV sterilisation function malfunction

  • Heat function failure

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorised modifications

  • Consumable or hygiene-related parts, including flanges, valves, tubing, and milk storage bags

  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or third-party resellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email contact@thenurturemama.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or a short video showing the problem (if possible)

Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
