We currently ship within Australia, New Zealand and United States. 🤍


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery time: 8–12 business days

Estimated total delivery time: 10–16 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Shipping Cost

  • Free standard shipping on all orders between Australia, New Zealand and United States. 🤍

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Returns & Hygiene Notice

For hygiene reasons, opened or used pumps cannot be returned.

If your item arrives faulty or not as expected, please contact us and we’ll make it right 🤍

Refunds are not given on free items. However, replacements are given for items lost while shipping.

Replacements are also sent up to 7 days after receiving your free item if damaged.

Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.
